  • Patented low frequency attenuating & alternating magnetic field with strong penetration power. Able to demagnetize thick and solid workpiece.
  • Suitable for plate workpieces, especially molds.
  • The length and width of the demagnetization zone can be customized. There are series of products such as SM3030, SM4040, SM4060 etc.
  • Multiple machines can be combined to increase the effective demagnetization range

  • Equipped with a Tesla meter. Can confirm the demagnetization effect immediately.

Turn the left knob to adjust the demagnetization magnetic field (turn right to increase).

Turn the right knob to adjust the demagnetization time (turn right to increase).

Note: The Tesla meter can only be operated during standby mode.

a. Insert the Tesla sensor probe, and move the probe to the point to be measured on the workpiece.

b. Switch on the "Real / Hold" button to hold the highest value among the measured values.
