Product Description
  • The sPINner uses magnetized stainless steel PINs as media. The PINs are semi-permanent, and can be used for many years if they are not lost. 
  • The PINs grind parts mildly. The PINs never deform or damage the parts, and never affect the accuracy.
  • The PINs can reach the corners of the parts and grind uniformly. 
  • We have developed various kinds of PINs to meet the requirement of different grinding scenarios. 
  • It is recommended to choose PINs by the following principals. 
    1. We suggest selecting the PINs according to the material of the parts. The thicker the PINs, the stronger the grinding force. Therefore, for soft metal such as copper and aluminum materials are soft, it is recommended to choose PINs less than Ø0.5 mm; and for hard metal like steel, we suggest using PINs larger than Ø0.5 mm
    2. Choose the proper length, diameter, or even the shape of PINs to prevent PINs stocking in holes or splits of the parts. 
    3. Choose the PINs according to the amount of removal. The thinker PINs have stronger burr removing capacity. On the other hand, they also result in a more obvious matte surface.
