Plastic Parts

The sPINNer also has a good deburring performance on plastic parts. The pins can reach the holes, splits, and corners. However, compare to the metal parts, there are more limitations when applying the sPINner to plastic parts.

•          The sPINner can only remove machining burrs (e.g., burrs  due to drilling or milling). It has little effect on injection molding burrs.

•          The sPINner has better demurring effects on hard plastic, such as POM or PEEK. It has little effects on the soft plastic parts such as PP.

•          It cannot remove strongly attached burrs even the burrs are small.
